WHO WE ARE
STEME DANCE NYC was created in 2022, in response to the growing population of exploited freelance performing artists in New York City. Artists come from all over the world looking for new opportunities to share their passion for performance, yet some big-name dance companies refuse to rightfully pay and protect their employees. Unlike other talent companies, we hire our artists on a specific-need basis, therefore keeping our community of freelancers abundant and able to impact a greater scale of artists as a whole.
